A month-long creative coaching program to dig deep, to write it out, and to find and nurture your creative process along the way.

Have you been procrastinating your business to-do’s like your email welcome sequence, your website copy, your social media posts, or even something you’ve been really excited about like your book? Have those nagging tasks and “shoulds” been lurking in a Google Drive folder or a Notion database for so long you don’t even know how to get going with it again?
No shade and no shame here. I struggle with it too, so I get it. Focusing on networking, client meetings, and other admin tasks can get in the way of writing for your business. It feels like there’s no just no time to make it happen.
It can also get you in your head, and out of your writing mojo. You have things to say, but when it’s time to sit down to get it on the page, you fidget, you procrastinate, and you just say f*ck it and close the laptop.
Let’s take it to the page and move past that … together.
what is
WRITE sh*t?
If you’ve been to write sh*t mondays weekly cowriting, it’s built on that. It’s a space to get your writing done in community. WRITE SH*t is a creative coaching program where you pick one (or as many as you want) writing projects to work on, and you get:
Community:
A Zoom group kickoff call to set your intentions for the month and get to know your other writers
3 weekly community connection sessions with self-reflective writing prompts and breakout sessions to dig deeper into your writing process
Cowriting:
4 weekly cowriting sessions to get you in the zone and keep you focused on your writing
The ability to schedule your own cowriting sessions with other writers as needed
Coaching
A one-on-one Zoom video coaching session to get clarity on your retreat goals and move your business forward
DM style one-on-one coaching or writing prompts using video, audio, or Voxer to verbally process, and keep you going during the month
Group size is capped at 20 people to allow for more intimate conversation and vibes (1 person per program will be comped in for Mutual Aid based on financial needs).container and a collaborative space
when is
WRITE sh*t?
It goes the month of May, 2026, but scheduled online sessions are only on Mondays.
Dates:
Mondays: May 4th, 11, 18th, and 15th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm PST (See where that is in your timezone).
Sessions:
The 10:00 am to 11:00 am half of the session is for community connection and writing prompts to dig deeper into your creativity. You’ll have space to ask questions about your writing process, make requests for support from the group, and do the work that’s underneath the writing you’re getting ready to do.
The first half from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm will be cowriting sessions. There will be a:
5 minute break to shift gears between sessions
5 minutes of stretching and breathing to get focused and in the zone
45 minutes of silent coworking
5 minutes of check in at the end.
You’ll also be added to a Google calendar so you can add your own cowriting sessions if you need more focused time and body doubling in your week.

Oh, hey. It’s me, Bridget (of bridget baker branding), your write sh*t emcee extraordinaire.
I’ve been creating since I was a kid (and organizing people’s closets too, so that’s why I love making space for people to write). I started out as a Ballerina and Choreographer. I learned how to tap into my creative process and motivate and coach people. I learned discipline, and then busted out of that box because I wanted to make it more fun.
Add Journalism school to the mix, as well as retreat facilitation, leadership development training, and that one brief 9 to 5 I had, that all led me to starting what is now bridget baker branding 18 years ago. I’m a collaborative brand + website designer + creative coach for values-based business owners who want to uncover their uniqueness, find their mojo, and show up for their people.
For a while, I was a writer … who wasn’t writing. My husband and I created a weekly writing hang at local coffee shops called “write sh*t thursdays,” and I learned that writing with another person, not talking, and making weekly space for it works! After every session, I’d find myself with oh so many words — especially the sessions where I thought I had nothing to write about!
I love writing and creating and bringing you out, hyping you up, and supporting you in your creative process.
