all about bridget
Hey there, I’m Bridget
(she/her)
My story
I’m a creative native. I’ve only had one 9-5, and have followed non-traditional career paths most of my life. A former Professional Ballerina and Choreographer, I started dancing when I was 5 and choreographing at 12. A car accident at the peak of my career, led to lots of personal growth and education, as well as a verrrrry non-linear pursuit of passions.
For the past 15 years, I’ve specialized in working with coaches, consultants, therapists, organizers, and overall, people who like to dig deep and do deep work in the world.
My superpower is giving you the permission you need to brand your BIZ the way YOU want to. I support you in being the unique amazing human that you are and helping you reach your people.
I believe …
That branding is EVERYTHING! Branding is your essence, your uniqueness, and your viiiiibe. By getting clear on your brand, you can choose what to wear, what to do, and how to communicate with your people.(I also kind of believe that “beliefs” can be limiting, and keep us stuck in not seeing other people’s perspectives, but that’s a whole ass blog post ;)
What brings me joy
I’ve loved zebras since I was a kid and have always gravitated toward anything zebra pattern, black and white, or yin and yang. I’ve been a minimalist since before it was trendy, and organized my friends’ closets for fun as a kid (true story!) Simplifying spaces and creating more room to play are my jam.
A retired digital nomad (my husband and I lived for 5 years on the road in a travel trailer), who now is back in the town in Northern California where I grew up, I now enjoy being in one place. You’ll find me sipping coffee, watching the birds we feed, or playing frisbee with my pup, Miss Roxie.
For me, fitness and meditation are the keys to my mental health, as is working with a therapist. I love to walk, and don’t drive, so meet me for a stroll sometime and chat over coffee. I’m also an extroverted introvert, who loves connecting with other business owners and connecting those business owners with each other too.
My story
I consider myself an amateur therapist (have read every self-help book written since the 90's), an amateur doctor (have been in the hospital for multiple orthopedic surgeries and have watched all of Greys' Anatomy), and an amateur relationship expert (have been in many failed relationships, and now am married to my husband of 13 years). (Aaaaaaaaand … I recommend you rely on professionals for support in all of those areas because I don’t think amateurs should be giving out advice;)
The now
I’m currently working on a fun new collaborative offer for Instagram, as well as preparing to launch my podcast in January of 2026! In the meantime, if you want me on your podcast, I’d love to be a guest.
